In this last year I have taken many photographs, so I have many to post on the blog. The ones that I'm going to publish in this post correspond to the month of June, 2019. I used Nikkon D3400 + Nikkor 18-55mm.

En este último año he hecho muchísimas fotografías, así que tengo muchas por publicar en el blog. Las que voy a publicar en esta entrada corresponden al de mes de junio de 2019. Usé la Nikkon D3400 + Nikkor 18-55mm.

Splau & RCDE Stadium (12-04-2019)

This is another entry that should have been published over a year ago.

On April 12 of last year I went to the Splau shopping center to buy some things in Primark, located between El Prat de Llobregat and Cornellà de Llobregat.

I took one of my cameras with me. Since I didn't feel like carrying the DSLR one, I chose the bridge one, a Fujifilm FinePix S2980.

Esta es otra entrada que debería haber publicado hace más de un año.

El 12 de abril del año pasado fui al centro comercial Splau para comprar unas cosas en Primark, situado entre El Prat de Llobregat y Cornellà de Llobregat.

Me llevé una de mis cámaras de fotos. Como no tenía ganas de cargar con la réflex, elegí la bridge, una Fujifilm FinePix S2980.

In my previous entry I commented that I have many photos that I haven't published on the blog, so today I will publish the photos I took between January and May 2019. I'll see if I can update the blog and post the photos without too much delay.

En mi anterior entrada comentaba que tengo muchísimas fotos que no he publicado en el blog, así que hoy publicaré las fotos que hice entre enero y mayo de 2019. A ver si consigo actualizar el blog e ir publicando las fotos sin tantísimo retraso.

Checking my archives, I have realized that I haven't published some photos here and I would like to have everything updated to be able to publish material on the blog on the corresponding date. The fault is mine for having it so negleted due to laziness and lack of time.

The photos that I publish today were taken in March 2018. On March 20 it snowed in Barcelona, ​​I loved seeing the Sierra de Collserola snowy , but that day I went to visit my grandmother and I couldn't photograph anything at that time. I knew that by the time I got home, all the snow would have melted and so it was. When I was able to go up to the roof a few hours later to photograph Collserola, almost all the snow had already melted and the image I wanted to capture couldn't be possible.

Mirando en el archivo, me he dado cuenta de que no he publicado por aquí algunas fotos y me gustaría tenerlo todo actualizado para poder publicar en el blog material en la fecha que corresponde. La culpa es mía por haberlo dejado abandonado por pereza y falta de tiempo.

Las fotos que publico hoy las hice en Marzo de 2018. El 20 de marzo nevó en Barcelona, me encantó ver la sierra de Collserola nevada, pero ese día fui a visitar a mi abuela y no pude fotografiar nada en ese momento. Sabía que al volver a casa ya se habría fundido toda la nieve y así fue. Cuando pude subir a la azotea pocas horas después para fotografiar la sierra de Collserola, ya se había fundido casi toda la nieve y la imagen que quería capturar, no pudo ser posible. 

Aircraft spotting

One of my hobbies is aircraft spotting. The question is, what is spotting? Basically it is the observation and registration of vehicles such as airplanes, automobiles, ships or trains, both in written and photographic mode. In my case, I am an airplane spotter.

I live very close to the Josep Tarradellas - Barcelona-El Prat airport, so for years I have liked to go and see and photograph airplanes, although it was not until last year that I began to take myself more seriously by making a record of the airplanes I photograph. . Until then I had only photographed planes sporadically without registering them, as in this entry: click here.

I have taken some photos so that you understand a little better the hobby and the places where I usually go to photograph planes.

Uno de mis hobbies es el spotting. La pregunta es, ¿qué es el spotting? Básicamente es la observación y el registro de vehículos como aviones, automóviles, barcos o trenes tanto en modo escrito como fotográfico. En mi caso, soy spotter (observador) de aviones.

Vivo muy cerca del aeropuerto Josep Tarradellas - Barcelona-El Prat, así que desde hace años que me gusta ir a observar y fotografiar aviones, aunque no fue hasta el pasado año cuando empecé a tomármelo más en serio haciendo un registro de los aviones que fotografío. Hasta entonces solo había fotografiado algún que otro avión de forma esporádica sin registrar, como en esta entrada: pincha aquí.

He hecho unas fotos para que entendáis un poco mejor el hobby y los lugares donde suelo ir a fotografiar aviones.

Storm Gloria · Temporal Gloria

Last week we had a very strong storm, Gloria. It was quite violent in my city on the 21st, uprooting trees, causing various other damages and leaving the beach completely destroyed.

I show you photos of its passage, taken between days 22 and 23, when the storm gone.

La semana pasada tuvimos un temporal muy fuerte, Gloria. Fue bastante violento en mi ciudad el día 21, arrancando árboles, causando otros daños varios y dejando la playa completamente destrozada.

Os muestro fotos de su paso, tomadas entre los días 22 y 23, cuando el temporal ya pasó.

Nativity Scene 2019 · Pesebre del Prat de Llobregat 2019

At Christmas time an artisanal nativity scene is put in the Plaça de la Vila de El Prat de Llobregat, made by old people in the city. Each year is different and something that characterizes it is that it's inspired by different themes. This year's nativity scene is inspired by tales and winter of northern European countries.

I attended the opening on December 12, but it was so crowded that I was able to take just a very few photos.

En la época de Navidad se pone un pesebre artesanal en la Plaza de la Vila de El Prat de Llobregat, hecho por personas mayores de la ciudad. Cada año es diferente y algo que lo caracteriza es que está inspirado en temas diferentes. El pesebre de este año está inspirado en los cuentos y el invierno de los países del norte de Europa.

Asistí a la inauguración el 12 de diciembre, pero estaba tan lleno de gente que no fui capaz de hacer apenas fotos.

Sant Pollín 2019

From the 11th to the 14th July the "Sant Pollin" festival was held in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). This festival is inspired by the San Fermín bull runs in Pamplona and in which no animal is mistreated and no person is physically at risk in the bull runs. The festival also begins with txupinazos and there are two runs, the night one on Friday and another one on Saturday morning. I only went to the one on Saturday.

Del 11 al 14 de julio se celebró la fiesta de "Sant Pollín" en El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). Esta fiesta está inspirada en los encierros de San Fermín de Pamplona y en la que ningún animal es maltratado ni ninguna persona corre riesgo físico en los encierros. La fiesta empieza también con txupinazos y hay dos encierros, el nocturno del viernes y el de la mañana del sábado. Solo fui al del sábado.

Sant Jordi 2019

On the 23rd April was the World Bood Day, although in Catalonia we celebrated it as Sant Jordi, our patron. Here is tradition to give a rose or a book and people often go for a walk in the center of Barcelona as it's full of book stands of books and roses in almost any corner and even your favorite writer may be signing books.

Although my beloved doggy passed away on the 6th April, life goes on and therefore, my mother and I decided to go for a walk in the morning in my town.

El 23 de abril fue el día del libro, aunque en Cataluña lo celebramos como Sant Jordi, nuestro patrón. Aquí es tradición regalar una rosa o un libro y la gente suele salir a pasear por el centro de Barcelona ya que está lleno de puestos de libros y rosas en casi cualquier esquina e incluso puede que tu escritor favorito esté firmando libros.

Aunque mi queridísimo perrito falleció el 6 de abril, la vida sigue y por lo tanto, mi madre y yo decidimos salir a pasear por la mañana en mi ciudad.

International Women's Day 2019 - Día Internacional de la Mujer 2019 (El Prat de Llobregat)

Yesterday was International Women's Day. This day nothing is celebrated, we must commemorate it and continue with the struggle for equality so that the violence and inequality that women suffer will disappear someday.

In El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona) there was a demonstration that ended in the Vila square, next to the town council, and a concentration. I attended the concentration because I couldn't attend the demonstration.

Ayer fue el Día Internacional de la Mujer. Este día no se celebra nada, hay que conmemorarlo y seguir con la lucha por la igualdad para que desaparezca la violencia y la desigualdad de la que sufrimos.

En El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona) hubo una manifestación que acabó en la Plaza de la Vila, junto al ayuntamiento, y una concentración. Asistí a la concentración ya que no pude asistir a la manifestación.

From the 5th to the 8th July, the "Sant Pollín" festival was held in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). It's inspired by the bulls running of of San Fermín in Pamplona but with the advantage that no animal is mistreated nor is any person at risk in the running.

The festival also begins with txupinazos and there are two runs, the night one on Friday and another one on Saturday morning. The following photos are from the run in the night.

Del 5 al 8 de Julio se ha celebrado la fiesta de "Sant Pollín" en El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). Está inspirada en los encierros de San Fermín de Pamplona pero con la ventaja de que ningún animal es maltratado ni ninguna persona corre riesgo alguno en los encierros.

La fiesta empieza también con txupinazos y hay dos encierros, el nocturno del viernes y el de la mañana del sábado. Las siguientes fotografías pertenecen al encierro nocturno.

From the 6th to the 9th July, the "Sant Pollín" festival was held in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). It's been 9 years since this festival has been celebrated, inspired by the running of the Bulls of San Fermín in Pamplona but with the advantage that no animal is mistreated nor is any person at risk in the running.

Del 6 al 9 de Julio se ha celebrado la fiesta de "Sant Pollín" en El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). Ya son 9 años que se lleva celebrando esta fiesta, inspirada en los encierros de San Fermín de Pamplona pero con la ventaja de que ningún animal es maltratado ni ninguna persona corre riesgo alguno en los encierros.
