At Christmas time an artisanal nativity scene is put in the Plaça de la Vila de El Prat de Llobregat, made by old people in the city. Each year is different and something that characterizes it is that it's inspired by different themes. This year's nativity scene is inspired by tales and winter of northern European countries.

En la época de Navidad se pone un pesebre artesanal en la Plaza de la Vila de El Prat de Llobregat, hecho por personas mayores de la ciudad. Cada año es diferente y algo que lo caracteriza es que está inspirado en temas diferentes. El pesebre de este año está inspirado en los cuentos y el invierno de los países del norte de Europa.
Asistí a la inauguración el 12 de diciembre, pero estaba tan lleno de gente que no fui capaz de hacer apenas fotos.

It also snowed in the nativity scene again.
También volvió a nevar en el pesebre.
A few days later a group of vandals smashed the train tracks and various details of the mockups, rendering the train useless. The fact was denounced and although we were afraid that we wouldn't see the train running again, they were able to restore the tracks and it made its journey again a couple of days later.

A los pocos días, un grupo de gamberros destrozó las vías del tren y varios detalles de las maquetas, dejando al tren inutilizado. Se denunció el hecho y aunque nos temíamos que no volveríamos a ver al tren en marcha, pudieron restaurar las vías y volvió a hacer su recorrido un par de días después.

At the end the boat was anchored in the jetty and I managed to find the "caganer" (the pooper). You can see him hidden among the fir trees in the following photograph:

This is fantastic, I think there are so many beautiful nativity scenes on the Iberian peninsula, and this one is delightful. Such a shame that some senseless idiots decided to smash some of it up :(

You're right and I like to see the creativity they have in other places, I'm very curious to see the one for the next Christmas. Unfortunately, there are idiots who ruins everything, the previous year they stole the Baby Jesus figure.
