I don't know if anyone will read this entry, but here I go. The last time I posted on this blog was in October 2020 and I never stopped by here again. Now I would like to take it up again, even if no one reads it. A lot has happened since then, one of the most important ones is that I finally found out that I'm a non-binary trans person and I identify as agender, so I decided to change my username and now I'm known as Sionnach or Sion. I know that there are still many people who laugh at this topic or think that it's a passing fad, but it's not.
No sé si alguien leerá esta entrada, pero allá voy. La última vez que publiqué en este blog fue en octubre 2020 y no volví a pasarme por aquí. Ahora quisiera volver a retomarlo, aunque nadie lo lea. Han pasado muchas cosas desde entonces, una de las más importantes es que por fin descubrí que soy una persona trans no binaria y me identifico como agénero, así que decidí cambiar mi nombre de usuario y ahora soy Sionnach o Sion. Sé que aún hay mucha gente que este tema se lo toma a risa o piensa que es una moda pasajera, pero no es así.

It's basically a disorder in which certain sounds called triggers make me feel immediate irrational anger, among other symptoms such as anxiety, panic and anxiety attacks, heart racing, sweating... And finally, I have returned to attend concerts after several years of hiatus, partly due to misophonia. The last concert I have attended was of the German band Lord of the Lost in Barcelona, on November 5, 2022. I will write one (or several) entries about this concert because I'm thrilled and I'm afraid that I'm going to talk a lot about this band here.

Otra cosa que descubrí es que tengo un trastorno neurofisiológico un tanto raro, misofonía. Básicamente es un trastorno en el que ciertos sonidos denominados detonantes (o desencadenantes) hacen que sienta una ira irracional inmediata, entre otros síntomas como ansiedad, ataques de pánico y ansiedad, aceleración cardíaca, sudoración... También he escrito sobre este tema en mi otro blog y a continuación tienes el enlace con la información esencial:
Es otro tema del que también hablaré de vez en cuando.
Y para terminar, he vuelto a a asistir a conciertos después de varios años de parón, en parte, por culpa de la misofonía. El último concierto al que he asistido fue al de la banda alemana Lord of the Lost en Barcelona, el 5 de noviembre de 2022. Escribiré una (o varias) entrada sobre este concierto porque me hace ilusión y me temo que voy a hablar bastante sobre este grupo por aquí.

So, what is the future of this blog going to be? I'm going to give it a different approach and it's going to be a somewhat more personal blog that will be complemented by my Instagram account, where I'm going to talk about music I like (get ready for entries about Lord of the Lost and Nachtblut), gothic and metal fashion from a different point of view (or so I think), my excursions and topics that concern me or seem interesting to me. I'm also thinking of changing the name of the blog, although the link will remain the same. I hope you will join me even though blogs are out of fashion now.

Así que, ¿cuál va a ser el futuro de este blog? Voy a darle un enfoque diferente y va a ser un blog algo más personal que va a estar complementado con mi cuenta en Instagram, donde voy a hablar de la música que me gusta (preparaos para entradas sobre Lord of the Lost y Nachtblut), moda gótica y metalera desde un enfoque diferente (o eso creo), mis excursiones y temas que me preocupen o me parezcan interesantes. También estoy pensando en cambiar el nombre del blog, aunque el enlace seguirá siendo el mismo. Espero que me acompañéis aunque ahora los blogs estén pasados de moda.
