In this second entry of my visit to the CosmoCaixa museum in Barcelona I will show you photos of the flooded forest and some of the animals that live in the museum.
The flooded forest is a space in which the habitat of the Amazon rainforest has been recreated. The temperature and humidity are also adapted so that the animals can feel comfortable. But as I mentioned in another post, I don't like to see the animals caged or in tiny aquariums.

Esta segunda entrada de mi visita al museo CosmoCaixa de Barcelona os voy a enseñar fotos del bosque inundado y algunos de los animales que viven en el museo.
El bosque inundado es un espacio en el que se ha recreado el hábitat de la selva del Amazonas. La temperatura y humedad también están adaptadas para que los animales se sientan cómodos. Pero como ya comenté en otra entrada, no me gusta ver a los animales enjaulados ni en acuarios minúsculos.

In the entrance there are exposed several vegetal pieces like leaves and seeds of different plants and trees and some nests of insects.
I hardly took photos of this area, in which there are also several stuffed animals. Inside there is a dark corridor with nests of insects and snakes that can be seen through a glass. This time I didn't take pictures because it was very dark. It was not allowed to use flash and it didn't seem appropriate to use it either. As I couldn't take clear photos, I focused more on observing the animals.
In the outer zone there are more animals, and plants.
I hardly took photos of this area, in which there are also several stuffed animals. Inside there is a dark corridor with nests of insects and snakes that can be seen through a glass. This time I didn't take pictures because it was very dark. It was not allowed to use flash and it didn't seem appropriate to use it either. En la entrada hay expuestas varias muestras vegetales como hojas y semillas de distintas plantas y árboles y algunos nidos de insectos.
No hice apenas fotos de esta zona, en la que también hay varios animales disecados. En el interior hay un pasillo oscuro con nidos de insectos y serpientes que se pueden ver a través de un cristal. En esta ocasión no hice fotos porque estaba muy oscuro. No estaba permitido el uso de flash y tampoco me parecía adecuado usarlo. Como no conseguí hacer fotos nítidas, me centré más en observar a los animales.
En la zona exterior hay más animales, y plantas.

I didn't take photos because of the lighting. As it was getting dark, the lighting wasn't adequate and I couldn't take good photographs of the animals. In the second photograph you can see that the glass roof is wet because it was raining.
I remembered to take a photograph of the warning plate that warns not to put your hands in the water because carnivorous animals swim in. Still, I saw quite a few people sticking their hands in the water.
The capybara, which is called Tinka and is female, wasn't in her usual area. I saw her swimming for a few seconds in one of the water areas, so I couldn't photograph her.
I didn't take photos of the fish and alligators either. By having a natural lighting for animals to know when it's day and night, it was already very dark and therefore, the photos went black. I don't know yet how to take photos in those light conditions and my lense can't do more (it's the one in the kit) and as I said before, the use of flash is not allowed. So if you visit the museum and you want to photograph these animals, go to an hour when there is sunlight.

No hice fotos por la iluminación. Al haber oscurecido, la iluminación no era la adecuada y no pude hacer buenas fotografías de los animales. En la segunda fotografía podéis observar que el techo acristalado está mojado porque llovía.
Me acordé de hacer una fotografía a la placa de advertencia que avisa de no meter las manos en el agua porque nadan animales carnívoros. Aún así, vi a bastante gente metiendo sus manos en el agua.
La capibara, que se llama Tinka y es hembra, no estaba en su zona habitual. La vi nadando durante unos segundos en una de las zonas acuáticas, así que no le pude fotografiar.
Tampoco tomé fotos a los peces y caimanes. Al tener una iluminación natural para que los animales sepan cuándo es de día y de noche, ya estaba muy oscuro y por lo tanto, las fotos salían negras. No sé aún cómo tomar fotos en esas condiciones de luz y mi objetivo no da para más (es el del kit) y como he dicho anteriormente, el uso de flash no está permitido. Así que si visitáis el museo y queréis fotografiar a estos animales, id a una hora en la que hay luz solar.
En la zona principal de exposiciones también se pueden observar algunos peces e insectos.

The axolotls are beautiful, they remind me a lot of Toothless (How to train your dragon).
Los ajolotes son preciosos, me recuerdan mucho a Desdentao (Cómo entrenar a tu dragón).
There were more seahorses, I just photographed this one because it was the one that was closest and there were more people drooling while watching them.
Habían más caballitos de mar, solo fotografié a este porque era el que tenía más cerca y habían más personas con la baba caída mientras los observaban.
I call these little guys "the fish of Barça" because they have the same colors as this sports team.
A estos pequeñajos les llamo "los peces del Barça" porque tienen los mismos colores que este equipo deportivo.
For the next time I visit the museum again, I will take more photos of the fish and the rest of the animals.
