I'm going to Dolls & Party 2015! · ¡Me voy a la Dolls & Party 2015!

Last year I couldn't attend to the first edition of the Dolls & Party event in Barcelona due to family issues and I wished I could have gone. If you don't know what this is, is a dolls event especially focused in BJDs, Pullip and Blythe.

In October 2014 the Chibi Dolls & Party was held in Barcelona, to which I attended, and despite being such a small event, I had so much fun that I told myself that I had to go to the Dolls & Party 2015 anytime. Well, I can already announce that is official, already I have my ticket!

If some of you is going, maybe we can meet there and it would be very exciting.

El año pasado no pude asistir a la primera edición de la Dolls & Party en Barcelona por motivos familiares y me quedé con las ganas de ir. Por si no sabéis de que se trata, es un evento de muñecas enfocada especialmente a las BJDs, Pullip y Blythe.

En Octubre de 2014 se celebró la Chibi Dolls & Party en Barcelona, a la que sí pude asistir, y a pesar de ser un evento tan pequeño me lo pasé tan bien que me dije que tenía que ir a la Dolls & Party 2015 como fuese. Pues ya puedo anunciar de que es oficial, ¡ya tengo mi entrada!

Si algun@ de vosotros va a ir, tal vez nos podamos conocer allí y sería muy emocionante.

Welcome to Valkyrie Memories. This is Lily Skadi, many of you know me by my blogs Genwaku or Lily's Artworks. Although both blogs are still active, I wanted to open a space to share with you those topics I also like but have no relation to the main topics on the mentioned blogs. Here I will talk about as diverse subjects as cinema, music, exhibitions and events I attend, crafts, photography and everything I want to talk and share with you.

For the beginning of the blog is good, I have imported multiple entries that you can see in Genwaku and here have best structured space, so from now on I will upload new entries that only you can see and read here.

Although I still have to finish some small details in the design of the blog is concerned, and making a completely custom banner, I decided to open it to the public because they are details that do not affect to the right navigation on the blog.

Bienvenid@s a Valkyrie Memories. Soy Lily Skadi, much@s de vosotr@s me conoceréis por mis blogs Genwaku o Lily's Artworks. Aunque ambos blogs siguen en activo, he querido abrir un espacio donde poder compartir con tod@s vosotr@s esos temas que también me gustan pero no tienen relación con los temas principales en los blogs mencionados. Aquí voy a hablar sobre temas tan diversos como cine, música, exposiciones y eventos a los que asista, manualidades, fotografía y todo aquello de lo que me apetezca hablar y compartir con vosotr@s.

Para que el comienzo del blog sea bueno, he importado varias entradas que podéis ver en Genwaku y aquí tienen su espacio mejor estructurado, así que a partir de ahora iré subiendo entradas nuevas que solamente podréis ver y leer aquí.

Aún tengo que terminar algunos pequeños detalles en cuanto a diseño del blog se refiere, así como hacer un banner completamente personalizado, he decidido abrirlo al público porque son detalles que no influyen para la correcta navegación en el blog.

Recycling furniture exhibition · Exposición reciclaje de muebles 08-06-2015

As you know, recently I finished a course on recycling furniture that I really liked because it was so creative. Finally, it was also made an exhibition that is held in a cultural center of my city and which opened on June 8 and will end on June 15.

I went to the inauguration with my mother because she was the only person who could accompany me. In the cultural center we meet the teacher and my classmates M and JM along with their companions. J went alone. H and A didn't attend. Also in attendance were other people who participated in the course, either by donating old furniture that we use for recycling, or organizers of the course.

As from outside you could see the room of the exhibition, I took pictures of the stools. I didn't photographed the rest of furniture from outside because the window did reflections and photos would not look good.

Como ya sabéis, recientemente acabé un curso sobre reciclaje de muebles que me gustó mucho por lo creativo que fue. Finalmente se hizo también una exposición que se ha hecho en un centro cultural de mi ciudad y que se inauguró el 8 de Junio y terminará el 15 de Junio.

A la inauguración fui con mi madre, ya que fue la única persona que pudo acompañarme. En el centro cultural nos reunimos la profesora y mis compañeros M y JM junto con sus acompañantes. J fue solo. H y A no asistieron. También asistieron otras personas que participaron en el curso, ya sea donando muebles viejos que nosotros utilizamos para reciclar, u organizadores del curso.

Como desde fuera se podía ver la sala de la exposición, hice fotos a los taburetes. El resto de muebles no los fotografié desde fuera porque la ventana hacía reflejos y las fotos no quedarían bien.

Course of Recycling furniture - May (Part 2) · Curso de Reciclaje de muebles - Mayo (Parte 2)

We have reach the end of the posts related to the course of recycling old furniture. In this post I'll show you the work that my classmates made individually and what we did as a group. And at the end of the post, I'll tell you what I think about the course in general, so as it will be a fairly long post I won't expand on longer.

I start with stool that our classmate H recycled. It was all he did during this month because the past three days he didn't attend the course without giving reasons.

The stool is recycled in the same way as other classmates and me have done the other ones, so little to explain if you've already seen the previous posts (at the end of this same post you can find the links).

Ya llegamos al final de las entradas relacionadas con el curso de reciclaje de muebles viejos. En esta entrada os voy a mostrar el trabajo que mis compañeros hicieron de forma individual y lo que hicimos de forma grupal. Y al final de la entrada, os contaré qué es lo que me ha parecido el curso en general, así que como va a ser una entrada bastante larga no me extiendo más.

Empiezo con un taburete que nuestro compañero H recicló. Fue lo único que hizo durante este mes porque los tres últimos días no asistió al curso sin dar motivos.

El taburete está reciclado de la misma forma que el resto que hemos hecho tanto otros compañeros como yo, así que poco que explicar si ya habéis visto las entradas anteriores (al final de esta misma entrada podéis encontrar los enlaces).
