Tutorial: How to make a 1/6 cardboard guitar · Cómo hacer una guitarra de cartón 1/6

I would have to post this entry a couple of months ago and although I didn't forget it, I put it on hold. If you read this blog regularly, you may remember that I have created a music group with six of my "Monster High" dolls and I made musical instruments for them. I said that I will show you how I made these instruments and never got around to it, so it's finally time to reveal it.

Materials:
● Internet access
● Word Office (or similar)
● Printer and ink
● Cardboard box of cereals/ice-cream/...
● Pencil
● Permanent marker - silver or black -
● Scissors
● White glue
● Brush
● Acrylic paint
● Craft files or nail file

Important: If you are a minor, adult supervision.

Instructions:
The first thing I did, was to search on Google photos of the instrument I wanted to make, in my case were two electric guitars, a bass and a keyboard. You can find many models and choose the one you like. I saved the photos and pasted them in a Word document, reducing them to the size I wanted and printed.

Materiales:
● Acceso a Internet
● Word Office (o similar)
● Impresora y tinta
● Caja de cartón de cereales/helados/...
● Lápiz
● Rotulador permanente color plata o negro
● Tijeras
● Cola blanca
● Pincel

Chibi Dolls & Party 2014

On November 1st the "Chibi Dolls & Party" was held in Barcelona. You don't know what is it? It's a free event about dolls which is being held as opener to the "Dolls & Party" event to be held in July 2015. These events are focuses on collectible dolls as BJDs, Blythe or Pullips. Last July the first edition of "Dolls & Party" was held , but for personal reasons I couldn't attend, so this time I didn't want to miss the "chibi" one, so there went my mother and me. The date coincided with the "Salón del Manga de Barcelona" (Barcelona Manga convention), so it was an extra good option for people who wanted to go to both places. For my part, I stopped going to the Manga convention years ago and I think that I won't go on my own anymore.

As the word says, the "chibi" (small in Japanese) event was held in a hall where about fifteen stands were selling items for dolls and whose entrance was free. From my point of view, it was more focused on Blythe and Pullip than BJDs, but there was stuff for these latter, especially for Yo-SD girls, followed by MSD and tiny.

Any stand was wasted as they were all well exposed and had lovely things, although I focused on taking photos of dolls than the stands. I show you photos I took there, but not of all the dolls and stands that were there:

Picasa Web, dark and grey photos fixed · Picasa Web, fotos oscuras y grises solucionado

In this post of my blog about dolls I mentioned that I confirmed my suspicions that Picasa Web darkens photos is true. Anyone who knows me, knows that I investigate to infinite to check for solutions to problems, so I decided to investigate to find out how the hell could prevent that Picasa Web edits my photos as it pleased when I don't want it to do it because I knew that somehow had to be able to do. When I upload photos, first I edit them in Photoshop and when I think that are more or less correct in my knowledge, I upload them and therefore I don't need any other program that would edit them because they're that cool.

After researching, I read in forums and other sites that many people had this problem and couldn't find a solution for it (even I read cases where directly they left their blog for this reason o.O ) until I found a solution for this problem I want to share with you if you have the same problem and you don't know how to fix it. As you know, both Blogger and Picasa Web belong to Google and I have always avoided having an active Google+ account because I don't like social networks and I wouldn't use it. Well, I've had no choice but to active that account only to fix this problem of dark and grey photos because they FORCE YOU to activate a Google+ account if you want to make these changes.

Once you have your Google+ account, go to http://google.com/settings/plus. Done that, search in "Photos and videos" and deactivate the automatic settings. As simple as that the problem of dark photos is fixed in the next photos you'll upload. I have automatic effects disabled as well because I have no idea what it does and as I said before, I edit my photos in Photoshop and I don't need anything that plays with my pics without my supervision. I hope it can helps you. My second choice was to upload all my photos on flickr and I'm using that account to upload some pics only. For my artworks blog I don't accept the option to upload my illustrations on flickr and I wanted to keep using Picasa Web because I find it more comfortable.

By the way, the next capture has the text in Spanish, but I guess settings are the same in English version.

Last Sunday I went with two friends to the gardens of Palau Reial (Royal Palace) in Barcelona. It's a beautiful place to take photos, so we spent most of the afternoon there taking photos of our BJDs.

As I like photography even though I have no idea of photography, I took photos of the facade of the palace and the gardens, which are the photos that I'm showing. As it's winter, there weren't flowers and many trees had no leaves on its branches, so it wasn't very colourful and you can see how these gardens are at this time of the year. Tomorrow or Thursday I'll upload the photos I took of Hiroki there. I hope you like this ones!

Click on the photos for full view ^^

VAMPS at Apolo, Barcelona 28/09/2013

Hi! / ¡Hola!
On Saturday September 28th I went to the VAMPS concert in Barcelona with my friend Yami Mae  so I'll tell you about my experience.

My friend came from Murcia that day, stayed in a hotel with her family in the city where I live, we met to catch the bus and went to Barcelona together.

We arrived to the hall around 14:00h (not past 14:30h for sure) and we were surprised that there wasn't as many people as we expected. On the one hand it was ok because as you arrived, a girl who took the role of organizer wrote your name down in a list and marked a number in your hand as if we were cattle. The bad thing is that we didn't know this and we weren't wrote down in that list until other people arrived and were wrote down before us, so we had to look for the organizer to give us our number. We were the Nr. 50 and 51 with general ticket. And now that I think, we could have gone for a walk around the area as our place in the queue was reserved... Things you think later. Anyway we could entertain chatting about various topics and "blaming each other" about everything (our games).
